I recently dined at Cold Rock Cafe and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was casual yet cozy, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Nestled in a lively part of the city, the restaurant strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and warmth. Ambiance The first thing that hits you as you step inside is the vibe—modern yet cozy. The dim lighting, combined with tastefully curated decor, sets the stage for an intimate dining experience. Whether you’re on a date or catching up with friends, the ambiance feels just right. I particularly loved the indoor greenery and the soft background music that enhanced the relaxed mood without being intrusive. Service From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. Our server was attentive without hovering, friendly yet professional. He took time to explain the menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, and ensure our tables were never empty. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service felt personalised, which is rare these days. Food Ah, the food! Where do I even begin? The menu offers a mix of classic dishes with a modern touch. Specially try pizza/shakes/chinese/ in non veg try drums of heaves. Apart from this, they are masters of coffee and sundae’s We couldn’t resist dessert and ordered the Brownie vanilla sundae. The brownie was warm, gooey, and decadently rich—a perfect ending to the meal. This place has its own vibe. Love this place and taste. Best place to enjoy with your friends.

Peaceful, big and beautiful place, fresh+tasty food, aesthetic vibes and classy decor, the staff is so co-operative, he even asked us about our experience and food , clicked our photos on request. Had a great time in the cafe with my friends. Loved it. I would love to visit again.
